We strive our best to provide the highest possible quality products and services. When a customer pays for goods or services, we want them to be satisfied with what they receive from us. We do know, in some cases, there may be defects in workmanship or finished products. If a customer receives goods or services from us, and they have a clear defect, or there is a mistake what was produced, we will first attempt to correct the mistake by correcting an error (if the product is digital) or offer a replacement or store credit for future orders (if the product is physical in nature). We do not offer full refunds. The terms of each project presented to the client and agreed by The Big Dogs and the Client supersedes this policy. For monthly services, we don't offer prorated refunds.
